HRPO coil is the most basic from of carbon steel. In order to enhance the applications of HRC, HRC is pickled and oiled steel to create a more desirable product for end users. The final product of HRPO steel is created by using acid baths to remove the scale that usually forms in the surface of carbon steel coil, as the coil is cooling.
