Chairman Suresh Kumar Goyal, with 20 years of experience, has been instrumental in diversifying our product range and adopting new technologies, earning recognition as a Times Most Powerful Leader in 2022.
Vikas Goyal, our CEO and Managing Director, oversees finance, strategy, and sales, serving as a key growth catalyst. He received the Young Leader 40 Under 40 award at the Asian Brand & Leadership Conclave 2024.
Executive Director and COO Bhavesh Khetan manages plant operations, while our Independent Board of Directors enhances our strategic direction and growth.

He has over 34 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has served as a director on the boards of several companies, including Avinash Ispat Private Limited, Hindupur Steel & Alloys Private Limited, and Lingraj Steel and Power Private Limited.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of Sambhv Steel Tubes Ltd. (formerly Sambhv Sponge Power Pvt. Ltd.), established in 2017 as a key platform for expansion in the steel pipe market. His deep understanding of customer requirements, commitment to delivering high-quality products, and strong relationships with industry partners have been instrumental in driving success. His leadership is characterized by a dedication to creating lasting value for all stakeholders while upholding the highest ethical standards.

He is the Chairman and Executive Director of our Company and has been on the Board since March 25, 2024. Prior to this, he served as Director of our Company from April 24, 2017, until January 27, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.
He has previously served as a director on the boards of Ganpati Sponge Iron Private Limited, Goyal Realty & Agriculture Private Limited, Hindupur Steel & Alloys Private Limited, and S. Pyarelal Ispat Private Limited. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Sambhv Green Steel Private Limited and Sambhv Tubes Private Limited. With over 20 years of experience in steel manufacturing, he brings extensive expertise to his leadership role.

He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company and has been on the Board since the incorporation of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. Previously, he has served as a director on the boards of various companies, including Agrasen Rerollers Private Limited, Avinash Ispat Private Limited, S. Pyarelal Ispat Private Limited, Ganpati Sponge Iron Private Limited, Goyal Realty & Agriculture Private Limited, and Brijdham Minerals Private Limited. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Brijwasi Plastic Private Limited, Sambhv Tubes Private Limited, Jai Bhole Realty Projects Private Limited, and Sambhv Seva Foundation. He has over 19 years of experience in steel manufacturing.

Bhavesh Khetan oversees overall plant operations, including both production and maintenance, across multiple divisions. With a focus on plant administration, Bhavesh plays a key role in ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
