Stainless Steel HRAP Coils
Overview
At our upcoming facility in Kuthrel, Raipur, scheduled for commissioning within Fiscal 2025, we aim to expand our product range by introducing Stainless Steel (SS) Hot-Rolled Annealed Pickled (HRAP) Coils. These coils undergo an annealing and pickling process in continuous annealing-pickling lines, which results in a cleaner surface finish, improved corrosion resistance, and enhanced mechanical properties. The annealing process restores the material’s ductility after hot rolling, while pickling removes surface oxides and impurities, providing a pristine, uniform finish. This makes them ideal for further downstream processing, including applications where strength, durability, and a flawless surface finish are paramount.
Our SS HRAP coils will not only cater to growing market demand but will also be used in-house for the production of SS Cold Rolled (CR) Coils, ensuring consistent quality across our product range. This in-house production allows us to maintain stringent control over the entire process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring superior performance, uniformity, and reliability.
