With a bachelor's degree in arts from Sambalpur University, Kalahandi, she brings over 12 years of industry experience, particularly in the steel sector. Prior to joining us, she was General Manager - Sales and Marketing at Ganpati Sponge Iron Private Limited.
Under her leadership, our CSR initiatives focus on sustainability, community development, and environmental conservation, aligning with our vision of responsible corporate growth. Sambhv Steel Pipes & Tubes organized a free health camp on 30th August 2025 at Biladi village, Tilda-Nevara, Raipur. The initiative, led by our HR Head, aimed to provide essential healthcare access to rural families. In collaboration with Mor Hospital and Chhattisgarh Dental Clinic, the camp offered free general health check-ups, dental consultations, and BMD tests. Villagers received timely medical advice, early detection support, and referrals where necessary. With strong participation from the local panchayat and community, the camp created real impact by raising awareness on preventive healthcare. Sambhv remains committed to extending such services to underserved communities.

As part of our CSR commitment, Sambhv Group organized blood donation camps during Independence Day week, collecting 73 units of blood to support children battling Thalassemia and patients in need. To champion the cause of our youth and channel their energy positively, we organised Sambhv Sports Fest, a dynamic CSR initiative held on 9th Feb in Village Sarora, Raipur. It was a vibrant celebration of talent and teamwork. Our goal: was to inspire the students of 14 schools from Tilda-Simgha Tehsil, fostering a love for sports and encouraging a winning attitude. The prestigious 'Sambhv Chakra' Grand Sports Trophy went to the school with the most medals, while Sambhv proudly donated sports kits to every participating village and school. Together, we're shaping a brighter, healthier future!
Sambhv recently marked a significant milestone in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts with the inauguration of a pure drinking water plant at the Central Jail in Raipur. The primary objective of this CSR activity was to enhance the quality of life for the prisoners by ensuring access to clean and pure drinking water. In addition to the water plant, Sambhv demonstrated its commitment by providing financial support to indigent prisoners, facilitating their right to claim bail.
