Sheetal Goyal serves as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at our company, a position she has held since April 1, 2024. With a bachelor's degree in arts from Sambalpur University, Kalahandi, she brings over 12 years of industry experience, particularly in the steel sector. Prior to joining us, she was General Manager - Sales and Marketing at Ganpati Sponge Iron Private Limited.
Under her leadership, our CSR initiatives focus on sustainability, community development, and environmental conservation, aligning with our vision of responsible corporate growth. Sheetal has been instrumental in driving projects that impact education, healthcare, and livelihood enhancement in underserved communities. Although she was appointed in Fiscal 2025.

Sambhv Steel's 3rd Annual Inter-School Sports Fest. The prestigious rotational trophy 'Sambhv Chakra' was awarded to Hathband, a Special initiative empowering 650 students from 31 schools across 13 villages, namely Sarora, Sankra, Otgan, Parsada, Bhursuda, Biladi, Bundeli, Bineka, Hathband, Kesda, Ringni, Nevra, Kuthrail, and Reta, Tilda, Simga, and Dharsiwa. The winner of this Sports Fest was Hathbandh.
On 29th September, Sambhv organised a General Health Check-up Camp at Raita, Kuthrel, that included BMD screening and eye examinations, ensuring early detection and timely support for community health needs. The initiative aimed at promoting overall well-being and spreading awareness about preventive healthcare.

As a part of our healthcare initiative, we also distributed mosquito nets to promote preventive wellbeing and reduce the risk of vector-borne diseases within the community.
On 30th August, we organised a comprehensive General Health Check-up Camp at Gram panchayat Biladi, block Tilda-newra distt- raipur CG that included BMD screening, dental examination, and eye check-up services. During the event, we also distributed baisakhis and wheelchairs to support individuals in need and enhance their mobility, ensuring better access to care and improved quality of life.

Sambhv successfully conducted a comprehensive Health Checkup Camp on 31/05/2025 at Sarora, Tilda. The initiative covered eye, dental, BMD and general health check-ups, along with pediatric consultations for villagers.
Sambhv organised a free eye check-up camp at our Sarora (Tilda) plant, where over 200 workers were screened. Those requiring vision support were provided spectacles, and employees diagnosed with cataracts received assistance for their surgery.

On 14th August 2025, Sambhv Steels organised a Blood Donation Camp at the Corporate Office, Raipur, with Kaash Foundation, where 27 units of blood were donated to support children battling Thalassemia. A second camp was held at the Sambhv Plant, Sarora (Tilda), with the Indian Red Cross Foundation, contributing 46 units of blood.
The Great Chhattisgarh Marathon held on December 17th at Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur was proudly sponsored by Sambhv Steel. It was a vibrant showcase of fitness and unity. To champion the cause of our youth and channel their energy positively, we organised Sambhv Sports Fest, a dynamic CSR initiative held on 9th Feb in Village Sarora, Raipur. It was a vibrant celebration of talent and teamwork. Our goal: was to inspire the students of 14 schools from Tilda-Simgha Tehsil, fostering a love for sports and encouraging a winning attitude. The prestigious 'Sambhv Chakra' Grand Sports Trophy went to the school with the most medals, while Sambhv proudly donated sports kits to every participating village and school. Together, we're shaping a brighter, healthier future!
Sambhv recently marked a significant milestone in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts with the inauguration of a pure drinking water plant at the Central Jail in Raipur. The primary objective of this CSR activity was to enhance the quality of life for the prisoners by ensuring access to clean and pure drinking water. In addition to the water plant, Sambhv demonstrated its commitment by providing financial support to indigent prisoners, facilitating their right to claim bail.
