Upcoming greenfield manufacturing facility in Village - Kesda, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. This facility will be operated by our Subsidiary, Sambhv Tubes Private Limited. The HR mill with an installed capacity of approximately 1.20 MMPTPA for this facility has been procured and approximately 395,378 square meters of land has been acquired by our subsidiary, Sambhv Tubes Private Limited. Further, no objection certificate (NOC) from Gram Panchayat Kesda and the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India has been obtained. Further, a successful public hearing for environmental clearance has already been conducted by Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board"
