Sarora (Tilda) Unit

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited, operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility spread across 90 acres at Sarora (Tilda), Chhattisgarh. The unit produces intermediate products such as sponge iron, blooms/slabs (mild steel and stainless steel), hot-rolled (HR) coils (mild steel and stainless steel), and cold-rolled (CR) coils in-house, along with finished products including ERW black pipes and tubes, cold-rolled full hard (CRFH) pipes and steel door frames. A 25 MW captive power plant, powered through WHRB and AFBC systems, supports sustainable and efficient operations.

Strategically located near key raw material suppliers like NMDC and SECL, the Sarora (Tilda) unit enjoys a unique logistical advantage. Close proximity to key raw material sources reduces transportation costs, shortens delivery timelines and optimizes production cycles. Its central location makes it a prominent logistics hub which further ensures abundant availability of heavy vehicles, enabling faster, smoother and more cost-efficient distribution of finished products across India.

Kuthrel Unit

Kuthrel unit represents a significant step forward in expanding the company's manufacturing capabilities. This facility specializes in value-added products such as pre-galvanized (GP) coils, pre-galvanized (GP) pipes, stainless steel HRAP and CR coils.

Situated close to the Sarora (Tilda) unit, the Kuthrel unit benefits from logistical synergies and partial shared infrastructure, which reduce transportation costs, shorten delivery timelines and improve coordination across both units. This proximity enhances operational efficiency while expanding production capacity, further strengthening Sambhv's position as a dependable, large-scale supplier of high-quality steel products across India.

Kesda Unit

We are establishing a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility at Village - Kesda, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. Operated through our subsidiary, Sambhv Tubes Private Limited, this project marks a significant step in expanding our production footprint.

Key milestones achieved to date include securing the NOC from the Gram Panchayat and TOR from the MoEF, successful completion of the public hearing for Environmental Clearance by CECB, procurement of a 1.2 MMTPA hot rolling (HR) mill, and completion of land acquisition.

Planned in phases, the Kesda project is set to add 1.2 MMTPA of finished product capacity and poised to become Sambhv's largest and most advanced facility. Phase I is targeted for commissioning by the end of FY27.

Strategically, the proximity of Kesda unit from the existing Sarora and Kuthrel units will enable seamless coordination and stronger supply chain integration across all three units. This synergy will further strengthen Sambhv's integrated value chain, enhance the ability to serve both domestic and international markets and firmly position the company at the forefront of India's steel manufacturing landscape.
