MANUFACTURING PROCESS

HR coils are slit and formed into round sections, then welded using Electric Resistance Welding (ERW). The welded black pipes are cleaned, and dipped in molten zinc to achieve a uniform coating. After galvanizing, pipes are cooled, straightened, and inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and coating integrity before dispatch.
