MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The HR coils are slit and roll-formed into rectangular sections, then welded by the ERW process. These black pipes are surface-cleaned and immersed in molten zinc to create a consistent protective layer. The galvanized pipes are then cooled, checked for uniform coating and weld quality, and bundled for supply.
