Mr. Suresh Kumar Goyal, Chairman & Executive Director, brings over two decades of industry experience and expertise in strategy, project execution, and technology adoption, and has been recognized as a Times Most Powerful Leader in 2022. Mr. Vikas Kumar Goyal, CEO & Managing Director, also with nearly two decades of industry experience, oversees finance, sales, marketing, and procurement, and was honored with the Young Leader 40 Under 40 award at the Asian Brand & Leadership Conclave 2024. Mr. Bhavesh Khetan, Executive Director & COO, with over a decade of hands-on experience, leads plant operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Mr. Saurabh Patil, Executive Director, brings more than two decades of experience in project management, operations and contributes to strengthening the company's strategic initiatives and driving growth. Our journey is further strengthened by the guidance of our Independent Directors, who provide impartial oversight, strategic insight, and governance that ensures Sambhv grows responsibly and sustainably. The Board is supported by four Independent Directors, each bringing diverse expertise and perspectives. One is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the field of finance. Another is a retired Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, with more than 36 years of service across various senior leadership roles. The third brings over 35 years of rich experience in the mining and steel industries, having previously served as Whole Time Director at NMDC Limited. The fourth holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a postgraduate diploma in business administration with specialization in operations and finance, and has contributed across different companies in process and administration functions. Collectively, their diverse backgrounds strengthen Sambhv's governance framework and ensure a well-rounded approach to strategic decision-making.
